as a chinese user, i have some troubles with the link of a topic, for example:

http://www.*****.com/topic/%a7%e5%8f%8a%e9%87%91%e9%92/

could i know how i can modify the format as following (end with the topic ID):

http://www.*****.com/topic/123456/
