I have a user with Participant role. He creates a Topic. It shows up fine ,Then he replies to that topic – that does not show up immediately, but is kept for moderation by the Admin. Only after approval by the Admin does it show up.

How to remove this moderation by the Admin so that the reply shows up immediately ?

dashboard>settings>discussion and look at the moderation settings. Quite often it is the number of links

@robin-w Thanks – isn’t that for the main wordpress posts and comments thereupon ? I am not finding anything there that specifically pertains to Forums …

Is this what you mean :

the wordpress moderation applies to bbpress posts as well
