Hello.

Does anyone know how to remove the brackets around my site name that appears in the subject line of the email that gets sent out for user registration?

It looks like this: [‘Site Name’] Your username and password info

I’ve searched the forums and it doesn’t seem as if anyone else has had an issue with this. Perhaps it’s something I have set wrong?

I’m still wondering about this… not sure if anyone else has the same problem, but these brackets appear in the subject line of all emails sent out by bbpress and there are no settings that I can find to change the emails and I haven’t been able to find a plugin to do it either (I use bpstyle pack)

the register one comes from wordpress, and this may help that issue

For anyone interested, you can edit any part of the wordpress email messages (/buddypress/bbpress) because they are all tied together) by going here to download this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/welcome-email-editor/
