Registration not showing in bbpress sidebar

I have created a Forum page with a bbpress sidebar using Avada theme. I’ve created Registration and Lost Password pages and added the urls to the bbpress Login widget, but they are not showing up?
WP version 4.7.3, bbpress version 5.0.9

I’m having the same problem (using 15zine theme). Are the requested URIs different than the URLs for the registration and lost password pages?
