your theme is loading css with the page including

.btn-primary, .btn-secondary, .btn-success, .btn-info, .btn-warning, .btn-danger {
	color: #fff !important;
}

this area is using .btn-primary

as it comes up as inline, it is almost impossible to overwrite.

Don’t know how your sign-up form is done, is it a plugin?
