I swear I’ve been searching this for two days. I’m sure I’ve read about this somewhere and I can’t find it now.

Question. When a user gets an email notification about a new reply there is also a link to the forum topic. If the user clicks on the link and is logged out, he first has to log in. Now the question is how to redirect him to that topic after logging in? And is is even possible in my case, because I already have a redirection (users are redirected to a specific page on my website). So which redirection would be “more important”? Would the redirection to the topic even work?

bbp style pack

has a link that adds a redirect to the topic in the email

dashboard>settings>bbp style pack>subscription emails>auto login

No idea if your redirection would take precedence.
