redirect after incorrect login/password

Hi all!
Just wondering how to change the redirect page after an incorrect password/login is used. Right now, it directs users to the wp-admin login page and I want to hide the fact that it is a WP page. I can’t seem to find any plugin to fix it. I either want it to refresh the fields or redirect to a page that I make where they are told to try again. Any help?
