It looks like there’s an error in the Spanish transation of the Recent Replies widget.

“el” (between author and reply title) should be “en”.

The translations are handled at https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/bbpress/stable/es/default, you should be able to search for the string and suggest a new translation

Can’t find it, maybe it’s pulled from wordpress text domain directly? Maybe code tweaks are needed to translate it separately, could be.
