Problem with title tags on tag pages

Hello,
the title of my tag pages of the forum shows the title of a blog post.
here is an example
http://www.soul-surfers.de/forum/forum-tag/hossegor/it’s the same with all the other tag pages they all show different other titles.
what is happening there?
