Problem with editing the topic by the administrator

Hello, when I edit a topic as an asministrator of some person who gave a link in the topic. This topic becomes invisible again until it has a link. It shouldn’t be that way until it’s accepted. Also, if someone is writing a topic with a link, they should be notified about writing the topic and there was no empty forum without the topic – and they don’t know whether the topic is waiting for moderation or not.
