I think there is some issue with the download links for bbPress plugins ( Hopefully all of them), they are reporting 404.

Yeah got the same problem here trying to download the simple facebook connect comes up with a 404 error.

In the mean time, if you are looking for 2.x plugins you should be looking on WP.org.
