Page not reloading on posting

Hi there
My installation at http://www.loveclapham.com/forums/ has a problem because the page doesn’t reload when people submit a post. So they’re hitting post/reply seeing nothing happen, and then hitting it again multiple times. However it is still posting, so it’s resulting in lots of duplicate posts.
Has anyone experienced this problem before?
