Opening text on the forum page with all forums

Hello Everybody,
Each forum has a sort of an introduction page – or at least that’s how I use it.
Is there a way to have something similar on the page that shows all forums?
For example between the breadcrumbs and header – see also: http://moonen.dyndns.info/wlm4services/en/forums/Best regards,
