Our forum is for breast cancer patients and there are certain words they use that we need to know about immediately because they could be signs of a more serious condition. Is there a way to have the system notify admins when a user uses certain words, like rash or fever?

I tried Buddypress Profanity but it also removes the word. Should I post this question in a BuddyPress forum?
