Non-english characters

I just installed BBPress and everything seems OK, except non-english characters. You can see this problem on my installation. My configuration can be found at http://litomysl.org/bbpress/. I have no idea what it can be. I noticed, that this problem can be seen also through PHPMyAdmin.

Hmm…..I am speakless. Anyone else have a clue on this one? You have the language file setup already, so maybe it is the encoding that your mySQL database is using?? Not really sure myself, sorry.

Charset in MySQL is UTF-8 (as reported in PHPMyadmin). Is it right? I suppose so…
