This happened on my last install a few years ago and I can’t remember what the fix was. I installed, Added a new forum, left a few replies. All looks good in the Admin panel but when you go to any of the pages you just get “No Results Found” Is this .htaccess or something?

It’s hard to tell what is costing you this error.

First try to Save your Permalinks structure again inside your Dashboard > settings.

After that deactivate all plugins you use for security and stuff like that.
