No pagination

In all my forums there is not pagination. Instead it says, “Viewing 6 topics – 1 through 13 (of 13 total)”
There’s no way to view the 7 additional topics- no page numbers to click on. I’d like to just have all the topics on one page.
I already set number of topics per page to show to 100 (in Forum settings).
“Blog pages show at most” under Settings–>Reading is also set to 100.
