No forum roles in user overview

Hi,
I’m not sure if this is a bug, but in my user overview there is a coumn forum roles (German: Forum Benutzererrolle). But it has no entries.
Instead the forum role overwrites the websiterole-column, but only if it “lower”. For example moderator overrides participant.
Any dea how to fix that?
