How to create “New topic page” like this?

Create a new WordPress page called ‘New Topic’ and add the shortcode [bbp-topic-form] to the page content.

Sweet. This is what I was looking for! How do I the new topic button like this site has at the top left? It doesn’t have to be a drop down.
