i am using test.akdoi.akdoi.org >> go to member forum.

here is add topic button.

if i will login with admin id then able to create topic but when i am going to login with any user account then not able to add topic.

please help me how can i resolve this issue

users can create new topics in individual forums, but not in the forum index
