Need help with topics and forums

I have my forum currently setup, but i noticed whenever i click on a topic thats in a forum its url changes to /topics/xxx from /forums/xxx/xxx
Heres a imgur album to show what im talking about
In the first picture you can see it says minethoserocks > forums > announcements
Then when i click on one of the topics it changes to minethoserocks > topics > ASF
Is there a way to have it do minethoserocks > forums > announcements > ASF?
