ok, something is preventing this.

It could be a theme or plugin issue

Plugins

Deactivate all but bbpress and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.

Themes

If plugins don’t pinpoint the problem, as a test switch to a default theme such as twentyfifteen, and see if this fixes.

Then come back

It’s available in the default theme. But my theme does not work.

I try to fix it for a long time. But still not fix it.

hmm… not sure I’m going to be able to help – without a theme to see it is hard to know what is causing it – the theme has turned off that feature
