multisite prblem from one blog post display in other blog

Hello,
Can u please say me how to change the blog_id before the queries callback to pages and post page when view in user part single.php
that means in site A post are all added then i want to display the post of site A in site b when single page call then display the content of site A only.
can any one plz is there any hook function to change blog_id r any method.
