How do I move a topic from one group to another?

I see some posts that say it can be done, but when I go to a particular topic in a forum, there’s no indication about how to do this.

On the very bottom of the page there’s the admin area (if you are an admin).

Sorry, but I cannot find this Admin Area with any link that will let me move a topic.

This is the page I’m looking at:

I can see the following links near the top of the page:

Home Admin Forum Members (75) Send Invites Email Options

A few lines below that, I can see these links:

Edit Topic | Sticky Topic | Close Topic | Delete Topic

But none of these links enable me to move a topic from group to group.

Where else should I be looking?
