Let’s say that I have 3 Categories. Cat a , Cat b, Cat c.
Each has about 5 forums inside.

Can I set a moderator only to Cat a, other to Cat B and other to all categories?
Or will a Moderator have the ability to interfer in all forums and topics?

You can assign a moderator for each topic / branch separately.
