Hi all,

Im looking for a certain feature to add to my forum, but im not sure what to call it.
WPforo has a feature that when you want to add an news article to a post, you put the URL in the post and then the forum adds sort of a news page. Its a blueish block with the name of the article, a link and who hosts it, and a description or the the first paragraph. This keeps the post nice and neat, and it helps comply with fair use act. Anyone have any ideas?

You need to turn on embed functionality. it will translate link to post block.

Embed media (YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, etc…) directly into topics and replies

Go to -> Settings -> Forums -> Forum Features (section) -> Auto-embed links
