Is there a plugin or method to lock the post within a forum?

No… I would like to able to post an article (for example) and then lock the that article for just the be viewed.

As keymaster, at the bottom, you can [Close Topic] – is that what you mean?

Yes but I think he relates to a more stylish way of doing it I would be considering a button or something that what I want to do anyway!
