installation page error

Am using WP 3.1 at GoDaddy. Tried installing BBPress but I get a page can’t be found error when I try to access the install, see here http://techotrade.com/forums/. Have uploaded twice via ftp to see if any missing or bad files. I have had a look around at some install instructions but no one mentioned this type of page error. Any suggestions?
