I have many issues:
1) When I go to menus I can only see the forums I have but I can’t see the page forums which I chose as a Forum Root.
2) I manually created a page and gave it the name of forums, it has [bbp-forum-index] inside it. When I visit this page I get this message: 403 Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /forums/ on this server.

Any help is highly appreciated!

It could be a theme or plugin issue

Plugins

Deactivate all but bbpress and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.

Themes

If plugins don’t pinpoint the problem, as a test switch to a default theme such as twentytwelve, and see if this fixes.

Then come back and report

I knew the reason and I will share it with you. There was an empty folder in the files along with the wp-admin and wp-content under the name of forums and this what created the problem. I simply deleted it and everything went just fine.
