How to Stick a Topic to its Section ONLY?

Hello,

I would like to stick topics, but only to their own forum section; not sitewide.

How can I do this? When I stick topics now, they get stuck sitewide. 🙁

Stick will pin it to the top of the forum it belongs to. Clicking on (to front) will pin it forum-wide.
