I would really like to figure out how to make users not be able to create topics in certain groups but I was on a page where someone said that probably won’t happen for a long time. So I was wondering if there was anyway I can make a topic stick to the top of the page instead of letting new topics get ahead of it? Any Ideas would be Awesome!

Roles ‘Administrator’ and ‘Forum Moderator’ have the permissions to post/edit topics as a sticky.
