I’ve just started a forum for my blog (www.dowdycornerscookbookclub.com). The address for the forum is:

In the forum, I’ve created a forum called DCCC Forum Guidelines.

This is where I describe the guidelines for users of the forum on my site.

I would like to lock it so that no one can leave a reply, but I still want it to be visible to all members.

Is there a way to do this?
