i would like to change the rewrite rules. Is it possible ?

i would like to have the name of the forum then the name of the topic in the url.

The rules are generated using Multiview if you can and originate out of /bb-admin/rewrite-rules.php. I am not sure if anyone has ever tackled it before, but maybe someone else has an idea how to get this accomplished because I am sure it can be accomplished.
