I found the solution, but through google which index the forum … instead of the forums search ..

fix: [Stick topic (to front)] at the bottom of the post after posting it. gotta be admin though i think

@massbase – That’s not a plugin… if you’re an admin (or moderator too, I think), you can see that “move topic to” pulldown.
