Currently my forums look like this.

What file do I need to edit to make them look like this?

I’d like to remove the break before the forums description and the user info.

WP v3.4.2 and bbPress v2.1.2

I’m just using [bbp-forum-index] & [bbp-topic-index] on a Forums page.

It’s impossible to say for sure without the underlying html visible (link or paste it here??)… but likely you can add a left float the the “Questing” element and (possibly) a right float to the “Need help…” element.
