Help! How to get the id of topic's author?

I want to get the id of topic’s author?

But only these functions below.

1.get_post_author

2.get_post_author_id

3.get_topic_author

Where is the ‘get_topic_author_id’?

I want that click ‘the author name’ to the author’s profile on the front-page.
