But I suggest you run

dasbboard>tools>forums>repair forums and run one at a time

I am just gonna subscribe to this topic, as i seem to have the same problem.

However it only occurs when for example an admin deletes a post or edits a post in certain ways.

I know you said that it is not a plugin problem, but could you tell which plugins are installed? Might be related.
