When i try to access feed URL of any topic on my site like http://www.xyz.com/forum/topic/lorem-ispum/feed

i am being redirect to another forum topic which contain the keyword “feed” at the beginning of the URL like (http://www.xyz.com/forum/topic/feedback-on-engergy)

Can anyone help me sort out this issue.
