One of my clients has a site with forums on it, he decided to change the forum title and now I can’t get rid of what he did. In the back end though it shows what I want, how can I get rid of what he did? See here: http://livessoonforgotten.com/forums/forum/in-memorandum/

It should just say In Memory Of- he added everything else.

Open of the bbPress forums panel in the back end, it looks like that is the name of the forum (it could also be in the forum description), simple edit that and save and you should be done.

In the back end, it shows this for the title: In Memory Of…
and description: Whether you are remembering a loved one, a friend or even the tiniest angels; post your memories here to keep their memory alive.

I had already deleted the text I didn’t want.

If you have changed these things then it could be a caching issue, are you using any cache plugins?

The error is saying that it is likely you have whitespace in line 1 of your awesome theme,
