Is there a plugin or a function that allows for a “Forum Rules” to be displayed?

Where and when do you want to display them? There is a plugin for Terms of Service to be displayed on registration:

Hey thanks very much. Yes I eventually did discover that and went that route. It works well. Now I just need to figure out how to put a link to those from somewhere on my forum front page.

I installed TOS in 1.02 and it works even though it says up to .09 except I don’t

see any way to edit….so I have an empty TOS box…there’s a simple fix I expect

I use a membership plugin Ultimate Member which has a plugin to require checking they have read the terms of Use before they can register. Just include the forum rules in the TOS.
