The /my-plugin folder goes where? inside the /plugin folder?

What avatar plugin do you recommend for bbpress 1.02? i have tested the avatar plugins recommended where but don’t work in my site:(

i have avatar enable in dashboard. I installed bavatars plugin, uploaded a imagem but don’t appear anything in the left side of the post. what a have to do to show avatars like this forum?

My new members don’t receive a e-mail confirmation. I installed the smpt plugin for bbpress but don’t work:(
