WP 2.7

bbpress 1.0 alpha

I uploaded to directory, navigated to directory. Clicked “let’s get started”, then it says:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function backpress_get_option() in /home/path-to-site/bb-includes/backpress/functions.core.php on line 412

Fresh install. Not sure what to do.

Which alpha version did you install? These backpress errors were present a few days ago but I thought they were fixed.

alpha 5, just downloaded this morning. 1/8/2009

I found a download link to something called “trunk” in another post. That version doesn’t seem to show the error.

Did you resolve this issue then, by installing Alpha 5? Alpha 6 is out now, too.

I installed alpha 6. The forum installed.

However, logging into wp-admin does not log me into the forum automatically. Logging into the forum admin logs me into the wp-admin though. Can this work both ways?
