Emails showing [] before Subject title

Hi all,

I’m experiencing a problem regarding the emailing system. I understand that we are able to customise the email subject line and its body through the back end. I’ve managed to change that. However when someone follows a user, the subject line shows “[] user is now following you” however I do not see the email for when someone follows a user in the BuddyPress Email setting. Is there a way to fix this issue?
