How do I edit the email my subscribers get? Namely the subject line. I’d like it to start with the name of the specific forum instead of the site so that my members know what specific area it’s in reference to.

This plugin does still work but apparently has no shortcode support for forum so still does not give me any way to adjust the subject line to start with which forum it’s coming from.
