Could someone point me to the correct file, in which to edit the freshness? I’d like to abbreviate these words, to keep my layout from breaking a bit. Thanks!

I ended up just editing the CSS, instead of poking around in the files and potentially breaking something. Leave it to me to try and make things harder than they need to be.

increased the percentage below, from 10 to 15.
