Can anyone tell me how to modify the result of “freshness” or to not appear or simply exit the format of the date of the last publication, for example March 20, 2013. thanks

there is a plugin that does that called bbp last post. It changes the term freshness to whatever you want to call it and then display the post information in a date and time format.
