Delete Admin Link produces Critical Error

I couldn’t find this referenced anywhere – and even with debug mode on I’m not getting any output

Step 1) Create a new Topic
Step 2) Click Trash Admin Link – This works
Step 3) Trash Admin Link has been changed to Delete Admin Link
Upon clicking Delete Admin Link the system gives WordPress has experienced an error

Question 1) Any thoughts as to what could be the issue
Question 2) Is there a way for an administrator (End user) to view the trash from the front end of the site??

sorry, step 1 & 2 fine, but where are you seeing step 3? – if I trash a topic it disappears from the front end.

I’m referring to what is referenced this – https://codex.bbpress.org/getting-started/forum-moderation/common-tasks/

    In the frontend

Log into your site and go to your forums on your site
If you need to delete a topic, go into the topic and hit the Trash Admin Link to put the topic into the trash.
Now you will see that the trash link has turned to the Delete Admin Link , and from there you can click Delete to delete the topic permanently.

So once you click trash it turns red and then the link changes to delete which is “empty trash” for that one item

when I trash a topic, then it disappears from the front end and it reverts to the forum list.

I appreciate what you are saying – but that is not what I’m experiencing – here is a Loom Video showing the quick walk through –

I’ve instructed my client to note worry about the delete function as we can empty the trash in the admin – but it is still concerning that it is happening

ok, thanks for sending that – I had something set that was not giving me that on my test site – now I can match your process, but i do not get the error.

what other bbpress related plugins are you running ?
