Custom user role sign up

Im looking for a way to have users select different kind of forum roles when they sign up and based on what they pick have them fill in other profile information.
Example:
Normal user: fill in default forum information
Expert user: fill in default forum information & topics there expert inI was looking for a VIP user plugin, because I think this will have the feature I need to accomplish this, but can’t seem to find one.
