Is it possible to create custom forms for new posts for each cateogry.
For example we have category x, y, z

We need different data in post for category x , y or z.

Not super experienced with bbpress but done a lot of coding with WP – I think you can achieve this using the same approach you would as if making a custom form to post a WP post, just change the post type to the forum post and set the category as per whatever you need.
