I have created new topic link using bbp style. I can see it on PC but not phone (for one website)
I am doing same thing on other website and I can see create onew topic link on phone and PC too(for website 2)

How can I make the same changes on website 1 ?

Maybe resposive design. It is hidden for small screen devices. Chceck css files.
